Pricing & Session Policies
Package Session Validity
Package sessions must be redeemed within 45 days of purchase. This timeframe supports continuity in therapy and ensures sessions are used effectively.
Payment Policy
Payment for each session must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Example:
If your session is scheduled for Friday at 4:00 PM, payment must be completed by Wednesday at 4:00 PM.
Session Confirmation
You will receive a session confirmation email containing the meeting link once you have completed the fee payment.
This confirmation serves as a reminder and helps ensure clarity around session timing.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
If you cancel 24 hours or more before the session, the session can be rescheduled.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, the session will be marked as cancelled.
If you fail to show up for the session for over 10 minutes past the start time, without informing prior, the session will be marked as cancelled.
There will be no refund/adjustments of payment for sessions marked as cancelled.
Payment reminders are sent only once as a courtesy. Future sessions will not include reminders
This policy helps maintain fairness and respect for reserved session time.
